AI-powered 3D print marketplace built solo as Product Lead — AI mesh generation through Meshy.ai, AWS S3 storage and SQS job queuing. Local Python worker performs Blender headless repair and two-pass Trimesh validation before anything reaches print. Weighted printability scoring and overhang detection surface problems to the customer before they pay for a failed print.
